College Student living on their own

It's finally Sunday a day to relax. I have no Lacrosse today and it's nice to have the freedom to catch up with everything. Since I have today off I decided I would try and catch up on all my school work and do some grocery shopping. It's tough being a college student and living on your own. Having to pay for rent and gas. To find time to run out to Wal - Mart or Giant Eagle to go grocery shopping. Trying to learn how to cook so you can get a healthy cooked meal, because that's my problem I have no idea how to cook.

SRU Lacrosse - Pitt game

Today was the first Pitt game we had to work for fundraising. About two weeks ago we had to work the Steelers game which wasn't to bad except we got back really late and it was so cold. So today's game wasn't bad either, besides having to be there four hours before kick off and doing pat downs. Pat downs might be the worse job there your legs are so tired after and you have to deal with all the fans. Luckily it was a Pitt game pat down and not a Steelers one, those games are definitely the worse. We pretty much do every home game unless it conflicts with lacrosse practice or tournaments. Hopefully we don't have to do the games around Nov. those games get so cold and everyone always gets sick. :-\

SRU Lacrosse

So lacrosse has started and our first practiced looked really good. The next day we had our 630am conditioning practice that was a little tough on the body. My legs are killing me today and it is hard to walk. Later that day we had our second practice and I felt good about it too. I think this year we are going to win more games than last year, our freshmans are pretty good and seem like hard workers. This makes me excited for spring season to start.

SRU Lacrosse

Today is the first day of SRU women's lacrosse. We have our first practice and it will be interesting to see how things go. We got a new assist. coach and we have a lot of freshman. Even though our sport is a spring sport we still do a lot of fall lacrosse. We either have practices from 4-6 or 5-7 two days a week. We also have a 6am conditioning practice every Wednesday so that will start tomorrow. We also work Pitt and Steelers games to raise money for supplies and for our spring break trip. I am excited for the season to start. :-)
